Settings

Settings gives you control over how the workflow processes videos and a live view of progress across your library. There are two tabs: Workflow Config and Usage Metrics.

Workflow Config

Auto Watch automatically processes videos against your saved schema as soon as they are added to the workflow. Enable this to avoid triggering each video manually.

Note: Auto Watch uses the most recently saved schema version. If you have multiple versions, make sure the latest one reflects what you want before enabling this setting.

Usage Metrics

Usage Metrics gives you a live view of how far through the batch your workflow has progressed.

Metric	What it shows
Total Videos	The total number of videos in the workflow
Watched Videos	How many have been processed by the Watcher, shown as a count and a percentage of the total
Reviewed Videos	How many outputs have been marked as reviewed, shown as a count and a percentage of the total
Videos to Watch	Videos waiting to be processed
Videos to Review	Videos with output ready for review
Watching Progress	An overall progress bar for the workflow
